1. What material are your companion figures made of?
Our dolls are crafted from high-density imported medical-grade silicone. The material is non-toxic, odorless, skin-friendly, elastic and tear-resistant, safe for long-term placement and contact. All raw materials meet international REACH safety standards.
2. Does the figure come with an internal metal skeleton?
Yes, every model is built with a full-body fully articulated metal skeleton inside. All joints of shoulders, elbows, waist, hips, knees and ankles can rotate freely, allowing the figure to stand, sit, lie down and take most natural human poses steadily without support.
3. Can I customize the appearance of the doll before production?
Absolutely. We support a full range of custom options: skin tone, eye color, hairstyle, hair implantation, makeup style, lip color, nail color as well as body softness and hard hands & feet. We will confirm all custom details via email before manufacturing.
4. Is the hair real human hair? Can I comb and wash the hair normally?
Our implanted hair is high-quality simulated hair that closely mimics real human hair texture. You can gently comb, style and wash the hair normally with mild shampoo; please avoid strong pulling to extend its service life.
5. How long will the silicone surface remain soft without sticking or aging?
With proper daily maintenance, the silicone surface can stay soft for many years. Our upgraded anti-aging silicone formula effectively avoids stickiness, hardening or yellowing under normal indoor room temperature conditions.
6. How do I clean and maintain the silicone companion figure?
Simply wipe the body gently with warm water and mild neutral soap or dedicated silicone cleaner, then air dry naturally away from direct strong sunlight. Do not use alcohol, bleach or harsh chemical cleaners, which may damage the silicone surface. We will send a detailed maintenance guide inside each parcel.
7. Will the joints loosen or break after frequent pose adjustment?
Our skeleton uses thickened reinforced metal joints with anti-loose structure. Under normal reasonable use, joints remain tight and stable for long-term use. We provide long-term after-sales support for skeleton structural issues.
8. Can the doll stand upright without a stand or holder?
Most sizes can stand stably on flat ground relying on the built-in metal skeleton structure. For extra tall or slim models, a simple lightweight stand is optional for more stable long-time display.
9. What shipping methods do you offer?
We provide two mainstream delivery options: standard tracked air shipping,expedited fast air shipping or slow train/sea shipping to most countries in Europe, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. All orders come with a unique tracking number for full logistics tracking online.
10. Is my order private and discreet? Will the package show what is inside?
Total privacy protection is guaranteed. We use fully neutral plain cartons without any brand name, product images or sensitive words printed on the outer box. No one can identify the contents from outside the package. All shipping labels only display general commodity descriptions.
11. How long is the production & delivery cycle?
Standard production takes 5 - 8 working days after confirming custom details. Standard shipping takes roughly 7–15 working days to arrive in main Western countries; expedited shipping shortens delivery time greatly. We will update production progress to you during manufacturing.
12. Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide to most legal regions where silicone art collectibles are permitted for import. We suggest buyers confirm local import laws before ordering, as regulations vary slightly across different territories.
13. What payment methods are accepted on your website?

14. Can I return or exchange the product after receiving it?
We carry out strict full inspection before shipment to ensure perfect condition. Since each figure is custom handmade according to your personal requirements, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is confirmed manufacturing defect or transit damage.
